Circle: Why do you make so many games?? Is the DSi strategy quantity over quality? Good to see Kokopolo 3D on there. Didn't know Circle was publishing that. Hope it doesn't turn people away.

Considering Spelunky is a 360 exclusive that hasn't even moved to PSN yet, not going to happen. Especially considering that the difficulty of Spelunky is reacting to your surroundings, and you wouldn't be able to see them on 3DS, so it wouldn't even work without higher resolutions or a rework of the randomly generated levels, so no.

And do we really need another Minecraft port? Especially considering it's already portable with the Android and iOS versions. And a hint: if you haven't played either of those versions, I'll tell you that they're awful and nowhere near the standard or quality of the original game or 360 port. The 3DS is less capable than high end phones and so it would likely be even worse, just because it has buttons and a stylus doesn't mean the 3DS is able to handle the game considering they needed drawbacks for even the 360 version. Unless you want a really outdated creative mode with tiny maps and tons of fog, I don't.

I'm going to assume by 'we' you mean 'I' because these suggestions are terrible and are not catered to nor even considering the platform you're suggesting porting to. Evidence being the lack of proof-reading: "So let’s take a look at five titles", really?

I'm not sure. This is what was on the press release. This is for Europe by the way. North America's new list just came out.
